No. We are not a lead generation service. We facilitate the sale of established books of business, meaning buyers acquire existing client relationships and recurring revenue streams, instantly boosting their market presence.
For the seller: we charge a one-time listing fee to list your book and a success fee (a percentage of the final sale price) that you only pay when your book sells. For the buyer: see our Pricing page for details and current rates.

For Sellers: Listing and Monetization

Brokers looking to exit or divest part of their business can list their book directly on our secure online platform.
We provide specialized tools to help you accurately value your book, anonymize sensitive client data initially for privacy, and present your asset attractively to serious potential buyers.
No personal client data is ever uploaded or listed on our platform. To maintain absolute privacy, books are presented using non-identifying metrics only, such as the total number of clients and the products (plan types) they are enrolled in. We strongly recommend that brokers do not share any personal or client-identifying data until the transaction is officially complete and all necessary agreements are in place. When verifying earnings, commission statements can be shared with client-specific information blacked out or removed to show only the required commission details.

The Transaction Process

We facilitate the introduction between the prospective buyer and seller. The first step involves executing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the strict protection and confidentiality of all parties and information exchanged. Once the NDA is secured, both parties commence the negotiation phase. Upon final agreement, a formal contract is signed. We strongly advise all users to seek independent legal counsel for review. Following the finalization of the deal, the buyer typically places the agreed-upon funds into a secure escrow account within our platform. The escrow account is handled by Escrow.com, a reliable and trustworthy company. These funds are released to the seller only after all transition and transfer requirements, which vary by carrier, are fully completed by both parties.
